Weddings

  • The time begins thirty minutes prior to the ceremony.
  • You will have exclusive right to the garden area surrounding the chapel for photographs and socialising
  • Also provided is access to the car parking facilities, amenities
  • Provision of a table with a skirted cloth for the signing of documents as well as some seating in the chapel
  • The reception room is available for hire for a maximum of five hours
  • - Included in this cost is veranda/lawn area for drinks
    - Canapés prior to reception if you so desire
    - Cloths and coloured napkins on guest tables and skirted cloth on the bridal table
    - Provision for cake table with cake knife.
  • The outdoor chapel and reception room are also available for hire as a complete package.
  • Accommodation is available on site for 20 guests only with breakfast being served in the reception room the following morning.
  • We are happy to recommend relevant services that will make organising your special day a little easier such as
  • - Celebrants,
    - Photographers,
    - Florists,
    - Equipment hire etc - all of whom we have had first hand experience working with.
  • We are happy to hold a tentative booking for 14 days, after which time you will need to pay a deposit of $660.00 to confirm your required date.
  • A further payment is required 4 months prior to the reception. Both payments are non-refundable should you cancel at any time however a partial refund may be possible should Stacey's at the Gap be able to re-book your date.
  • Full payment for your wedding is required 14 days prior to the function for payments by cash or bank cheque
  • If payment by Cheque, then payment is required 21 days prior to your wedding.
  • Final guest numbers and special dietary requirements, table plans along with confirmation of your menu choice are required a time of final payment.
  • Alcohol is on a BYO basis and must be cans/bottles only - (no kegs or spirits to be mixed)
